Mark has joined Prism Worldwide as the Chief Commercial Officer. Mark has over 25 years’ experience leading startup businesses in the chemical, materials, and portable energy markets. He started his career in a technical role developing polyurethane intermediates for automotive seating applications at ARCO Chemical and transitioned into a commercial role leading the commercial management of new line of polyols until the company was sold. Mark then joined Foamex (the largest US polyurethane foam producer at the time) leading commercial development for their Technical Foams division. From there, Mark took a leadership role at Medis Technologies commercializing their micro fuel cell products, was a principal at Luritek commercializing low impact antifouling coatings, was part of the leadership team at Ashland Chemicals focused on incubators and ventures in materials for medical and agricultural applications and most recently was the business head overseeing the launch and development of Emery Oleochemicals Polyols global business unit. Mark holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
