LIQUIFIED BINDER
Much like heating coffee in a microwave, you don’t heat the aggregate you heat the binder fluxing it, allowing it to be re-bound to other materials.
REMAKING ROADS
The HALO™ system + PRISM™’s PTR™ enhanced asphalt rubber = a process that utilizes the current material in roads, which means 80% less binder needed for these new roads.
